Deposits are NON-Refundable. Refunds will only given for the following reasons:
1)kitten dies while in my home or 2) Vet finds kitten unsuitable for sale.
I am not responsible for disapproval of spouses, roommates or landlords
You found a new kitten, changed your mind or no longer want this kitten
kitten must be paid for in full before leaving our home
A deposit may be refunded at any time by the breeder, should I feel that one of my kittens would not make a good fit with the buyer.
Which means the sale can be terminated at any time by breeder and for any reason, with or without advance notice.
The buyer is also free to back out at any time however, deposits will not be refundable. Should the breeder decide to cancel the sale, a full refund of all monies will be given.
